Soccer Development of America receives no further comments from the U.S. Security & exchange commission -Company Eligible To Apply For Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board Listing - San Diego, CA, August 12, 2003 - San Diego Soccer Development Corporation (OTC Pink Sheets: SDSD) dba Soccer Development of America (SDA), announces on August 11, 2003, the Company was informed by the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission that the Commission had no further comments with respect to its Form 10-SB registration statement. The Company's common stock, which is currently being traded on the OTC Pink Sheets, is now eligible for application to the Nasdaq OTC Bulletin
Board under NASD Eligibility Rule 6530. It is anticipated the Company's common stock will be submitted for re-listing on the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board exchange via filing of Form 211 by one of its market makers.
